Robert L. Giron Global Humanities Lecture Series
Upon my retirement in the fall of 2018 at Montgomery College, I established the Robert L. Giron Global Humanities Lecture Series Endowment. The purpose of the Lecture Series is to make available at least one major lecture each fall and spring semester to the students, faculty, and staff of the Takoma Park/Silver Spring campus, in the hopes that a lecture on a variety of subjects by poets, authors, artists, professors, professionals or elected officials will educate as well as inspire the audience.
